Who we are
JoyDraft (“we”, “us”) provides custom product development services. You can reach us at hi@joydraft.dev. We are headquartered in Lisbon, Portugal.
What we offer
We build custom digital products: websites (e.g. React/Next.js), client portals and mini-platforms, SaaS applications, iOS and Android apps, and backends (e.g. Supabase, Firebase). We also deliver related services such as promo and transactional email. Work is delivered either as an ongoing subscription (one request at a time, with average delivery times as agreed, e.g. around 48 hours per request) or as one-off engagements (e.g. MVP 0–1 or Enterprising builds with fixed scope and timeline). We use AI to accelerate delivery; architecture, security, and final quality remain under human oversight.
Agreement
By using this website and/or engaging our services, you accept these terms. If you are acting on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
Scope and engagement
The scope of work, timeline, and deliverables are as agreed in a proposal, statement of work (SOW), or order. Changes to scope or timeline may require a new agreement or change order.
Payment and cancellation
Payment terms follow your plan or agreement (e.g. monthly for subscription plans; milestones or custom terms for one-off projects). Cancellation and pause terms are as described for your plan (e.g. subscription plans may be paused or cancelled anytime as stated on our site).
Code and intellectual property
You receive full ownership of the code we deliver. Code is delivered to your repository (e.g. GitHub) and you deploy on your infrastructure (e.g. Vercel). We do not retain ownership of delivered code. We may use anonymized learnings to improve our processes.
Use of the website
You may not use this site for illegal purposes or to harass, abuse, or harm others. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these terms have been violated.
Disclaimer
Services are provided “as is” within the agreed scope. To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited as set out in your agreement or to the maximum permitted by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, unless otherwise agreed or required by mandatory law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated (e.g. by email or a notice on the site). Continued use of the site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
